From the time you get the ring till you walk down the aisle, we spearhead the whole process. Your event planner will research, review, and negotiate with venues and vendors, oversee the planning process from initial budget to event design to invitations to favors, and guide the day itself with the aid of a professional staff. We custom tailor your wedding to your personal style, taste, and budget, and our relationships with key vendors allow us to often save clients money, so our couples can get the wedding they want within the budget they set.

Event planning requires knowledge about all aspects of the big day – from flowers to catering – as well as an in-depth knowledge of current industry trends. A bride can spend 8 hours online researching, or 8 minutes with us, and often still come away with better, more cost effective advice and referrals from those 8 minutes! Having a planner walk the process with you hand in hand will not only save you hours of time (the average couple is estimated to spend around 200 hours planning a wedding), but make those hours of planning productive and cost-effective.

Partial Planning splits the difference between full planning and day of coordination. We specifically recommend partial planning for events taking place at challenging spaces, that require outside rentals, transportation, and other additional considerations that are not necessary at more streamlined venues. Typically ‘day of’ coordination services do not cover the logistical and pre-production needs for these spaces. Whatever venue you choose, partial planning allows clients a great chance to save money and time.

Looking for “Day of” / Wedding Coordination?  We do not offer this service on a regular basis but may be available for a limited amount of dates for this service in 2017.  Our coordination package price begins at  $2250 for “inclusive” venues, such as hotels; for non-inclusive venues, such as lofts, estates, and state parks, we provide 10 more hours of pre-production time and labor, and one additional meeting, for a minimum fee of $2750.
