From the time you get the ring till you walk down the aisle (and heck – feel free to ask us about your honeymoon too!), we spearhead the whole process.  Your event planner will research, review, and negotiate with venues and vendors, guide the planning process from initial budget to event design to invitations to favors, and guide the day itself with the aid of a professional assistant.  We custom tailor your wedding to your personal style, taste, and budget, and our relationships with key vendors allow us to save you big time – often as much as our fee -  so you can get the wedding you want within the budget you set.

DAY OF COORDINATING PACKAGES

THE BIG DAY
Standard Day of Coordinating

This service is never just a day’s work.  As soon as you hire a coordinator, you have unlimited email and phone contact; in addition, we will create your schedule, handle logistics, confirm and troubleshoot with vendors, and conduct a walk-through with on-site management.  Before your big day even arrives, we’ve already put in 6 – 8 hours of work to ensure a smooth day free of worries.  By the time your wedding week comes, you have the comfort of knowing a professional is handling all the details.

It’s important to understand that we do not just show up the week of, or the day before.  To do so would risk a less-than-perfect, less-than-polished day, because we always find outstanding issues that most clients miss in their planning process, and fix them before they become a problem.  We offer reassurance and sound advice to our clients about many, if not all, aspects of their event leading up to the wedding itself, which is a big part of the value of this service.

Day of coordinating includes:

Ceremony:
Thorough discussion of ceremony with client and officiant – processional order, special requests, etc.
Coordinate rehearsal
Coordinate and prep ceremony musicians
Oversee and cue ceremony

Reception:
Unlimited email and phone contact
Preparation of day-of schedule
Confirmation with all vendors
Main contact for all vendors and venue management
Coordinate load-in and set up of all rentals and vendors at reception
Coordinate flow of events at reception
Maintain/refresh décor (light candles, rearrange gift table, etc.) throughout evening
Answer guest/vendor questions
Assistant working the event
Pack up gifts
Distribute vendors’ tips and oversee loadout

THE BIGGER DAY
Additional look-sees to advise the bride and groom

Standard day of coordinating with additional 2 – 3 meetings, package-priced.  For the bride and groom that want a little more in-person guidance – checkins, if you will – to make sure everything is going smoothly.

CONSULTING + COORDINATING PACKAGES

These packages allow us to help clients with geographical concerns, complicated logistics, unusual venues, and other unique situations, that also wish to do a large part of the planning themselves.

Here’s our most common combo package:

YOU’LL NEVER WALK ALONE
Comforting guidance without the cost of full-time event planning – consists of four in-person, two-hour consultations, and day-of coordination

• First consultation reviewing 5 – 10 venues and preparing budget breakdowns for each one; advising on negotiation points and strategies
• Two event design consultations, covering floral, rentals, lighting, and other décor, including advice on negotiating vendor costs
• Fourth consultation to advise on other outstanding details (photographer, logistics, transportation, any other décor, rentals, and other concerns unique to the event)
• Vendor negotiation for additional fee
• Includes review of all contracts and estimates throughout planning process
• Also includes standard day of coordinating services

While we won’t be attending venue visits or tastings with you, we can provide you with exceptionally thorough information and research so you can walk into your meetings with the confidence of a pro.  And, we’ll do all the phone calls, appointment setting, and venue vetting for you – saving you hours of time.

PAMPERED PACKAGE
Don’t get your hands dirty – let us do some of the hard work!
This is a consultation/coordination package that also includes some of the tedious aspects of wedding planning, taking some of the chores of wedding prep off your hands without the exorbitant cost.

Includes:

“You’ll Never Walk Alone” Package and:

• up to 200 hand-addressed invitations
• favor assembly
• ceremony program and menu design
• escort card design and setup

DESIGNING WOMEN (AND MEN) PACKAGE
You have good taste – but execution is just as important. Let our judicious eye get your event design off to the right start!

We recommend the best florists, rental companies, and design pros in the biz, but knowing what questions to ask and what themes and colors to implement are important first steps to building the look of your event.  This package is design oriented, including:

• Reception and Ceremony Coordination
• Initial design consultation to discuss your vision
• Event design consultation including design board, color selection, and floral demos, and budget
• Two follow-up meetings to finalize design and decor
• Tour of flower mart in Downtown L.A.
• Recommendations of top wedding design pros in Los Angeles that fit your vision

A LA CARTE
Onesie, twosie…
We also offer a-la carte services such as addressing invitations, assembling décor and favors, and other jobs at affordable hourly fees.  Ask for details.

FLOWER POWER
Stop and smell the roses
We create basic floral arrangements (centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres), lead tours of the flower mart, and consult on floral design on a flat-fee basis.

RATES

Rates for day of coordination start at $1200.  Rates for full planning start at $5,000.  A la carte services and service packages are quoted on a case by case basis.   We look forward to putting together a customized proposal for you!
