How do you price your services?

We carefully evaluate how many hours and resources are required for each of our packages, so as to provide each of our clients with the best possible service.  Our pricing structure has been market tested for years, with past clients making clear that they have received an outstanding value with our services. Additionally, we benchmark our prices with similar businesses that have the same high level of expertise and experience that we provide.

It is important to note that there is no barrier to entry in the wedding planning world; anyone (literally) can start their own wedding planning business with no prior experience or education in this complicated industry.   Our pricing also reflects our top-notch experience and expertise.  This expertise is absolutely essential for more complex events that take place in raw spaces such as state parks, estates, and other unique venues where all elements, such as catering, rentals, and lighting, must be outsourced.

What is the main benefit of your services?

We provide quality control and value to our clients.  Even with Wedding Coordination services – where we handle mainly logistics – our referrals to vendors, resources, and due diligence often save our clients hours of time, and often money, as well.  The wedding industry is complex and relationship-based; we have fostered expertise and an outstanding network within the L.A. wedding industry that greatly benefits our clients.  In addition, because we’ve pretty much ‘seen everything,’ we can catch issues before they affect your wedding day that others may not notice till it’s too late.

For corporate events, we shoulder a great deal of the work needed to execute a seamless event.  Anywhere from 35-100 hours may be required for a corporate event, which can become a significant burden to staff and employees saddled with this task. Additionally, our tight control of budgets and knowledge of how to amplify the impact of your event  – including general advice on strategies for invitations, social media, and marketing  – increases our clients’ ROI for each event.

How many events do you produce?

We are fortunate to book our calendar to capacity every year.  Each associate only takes on 2-3 events a month to ensure we have the bandwidth and energy to handle our clients’ individual needs.

Where do you find your clients?

We are introduced to almost all our clients by referral.  Clients also find us on the great world wide web as well!  We are also referred to clients by outstanding venues such as Malibu Rocky Oaks, SmogShoppe, the Four Seasons Westlake Village, and the Beverly Hills Hotel.
